In summer, not always easy to get the kids to drink without giving them syrups and other sweetened drinks. But, so much sugar is not ideal.

In his crusade against junk food, Jamie Oliver proposes us a simple and effective alternative: water flavored with fruit.
Ingredients:
2 jugs of water
1 lemon 1 (not treated)
1 lime or 1/2 orange (not treated)
some strawberries or raspberries
a small bunch of mint
Recipe:
In the first jug:
Mash up the strawberries or raspberries in a bowl with a fork. Pour in a bit of lemon juice. Crush the mint with your hands to release the flavor. Pour fruits and half the mint in the jug filled with water. Mix well. Add ice to make it very fresh.
If you’re feeling a little adventurous, add a few slices of cucumber. It may seem strange, but it’s very refreshing.
In the second jug:
Cut the citrus in slices. Throw them in the jug filled with water before crushing them against the bottom of the carafe. Add the remaining mint and ice. Mix well.
Here, you can get the whole family refreshed and healthy.
